Decoctions are widely used dosage form in Ayurveda and known as kashayas. It is compared to herbal teas. It is prepared with combination of effective medicinal herbs.
1. Atisarahara Kashayas
a. Aralvadi Kashayam

The same formulation has been named as ‘Nagaradi Kashaya’ in Chakradatta.
